Doesnt work as expected

I live in Worcester, MA about 45 miles west of Boston. One of my favorite stores is Austin Liquors. Same city. Different zip. About 5 miles from home. They deliver using this app. Well maybe not. After creating an account and entering the credit card, I get the message "Sorry. Were not in your area." Basically useless unles you enjoy typing on your phone. A fix would be good. Oh yes. According to my favorite nsv program, its 9 minutes to drive.
