I wouldnt use this app again. I ordered at 2:15pm, at 3:40 they call saying they couldnt locate anyone at the address I provided them. (Mind you, their customer service team is outsourced from another country) I give them a new address and they say ok. They call me 30 min later and say theyll have to charge me $20 because its outside of their "range".. I agreed BUT ONLY IF it could be delivered by 5pm as I ordered at 2:15, and this was a gift for my family member who just got engaged. At that point it was no longer a surprise because I had to keep asking her if it arrived. They promised me over and over it and it would be there by 5. At 5:10 it still had not arrived and I called the company, who basically said "sorry mam.." Thats it. So I canceled my order, and requested a refund. The agent informed me someone would call me "sometime" about the refund... I didnt feel well about this because theyre obviously outsourced and not the actual company, so I called my CC company and Im having them dispute it. Not worth all the hoopla when the surprise was ruined.
